I build things
for the web
and fix everything else.

Websites, apps, bots, Web3, dashboards, logos. I build itΒ all. And when your phone needs setting up or your computer needs fixing, I can sort that too. One person, all things tech.

What I Do

Eight things. One person.

Here's what I do. Each one handled end to end, from the first rough idea through design, build, launch, and everything that comes after. Whether you're after a one-off project or ongoing support, the best way to know if it's a fit is a short conversation about what you're trying to build.

yoursite.com
// responsive & fast

Websites

Custom sites designed and built around your business. Fast, responsive, and maintained by me. Every detail done properly, down to the last pixel.

Whether you're a florist in Tomar or a consultancy in Amsterdam, your website should feel like yours. I design each one from scratch, make it blazing fast, and make sure it works perfectly on every screen. SEO, analytics, contact forms, everything included. You also get a simple way to update your own content later. Swap the hero, change prices, post a new project, without needing me every time.

Web Apps

Booking systems, client portals, internal tools. And if there's any repetitive work slowing you down, I can build something to handle that too.

Think of all the things you track in spreadsheets or manage via email. I turn those into proper tools: order management, appointment booking, client dashboards, inventory systems. Built exactly for how you work, not how some SaaS company thinks you should. Access controls, user roles, integrations with tools you already use. And because it's custom, it grows with you instead of forcing your process into a template.

Dashboards

Custom admin panels and reporting views that give you the numbers that matter, always in view.

No more logging into five different tools to understand what's going on. I connect your data sources and build you a single view: revenue, orders, uptime, whatever matters. Updated in real-time, accessible from anywhere. You can set thresholds too, so the dashboard pings you when something moves outside normal. No more checking it just to make sure.

Telegram Bots

Personal bots, community tools, order notifications, scheduled broadcasts. Built for groups or private use.

Need a bot that notifies your team when a new order comes in? Or one that lets your community check stock, get updates, or trigger actions with a simple command? I build these from scratch, connected to your systems, running 24/7. Stats on usage, scheduled broadcasts, admin controls, multi-group setups. If you want AI in the mix, I can wire that in too, trained on your own knowledge base.

Web3 & Crypto

NFT projects, wallet connections, token gating, DAOs, smart contract front-ends. No buzzword fog, straight talk.

If you have a Web3 idea, I can build both sides of it: the smart contract itself, and the front-end that interacts with it. Wallet connections, balances, minting pages, token-gated experiences, all wired up to Solidity I've written myself. I speak both the code and plain language. And when speed matters, I build Rust services that go from incoming data to action in under 3ms.

Everyday Tech Help

Phone setup, software issues, printer problems, things that stop working. Sorted quickly, remotely or in person around Tomar.

I'm the person who picks up the phone when tech goes wrong. New laptop to set up? Email not syncing? Printer refusing to cooperate? I sort it calmly, explain what happened, and make sure it doesn't happen again. Remote sessions or house calls in the Tomar area. Migrating to a new laptop, setting up a password manager, getting your backups actually working. The small stuff that keeps getting put off, sorted in an afternoon.

UX Review

Already have a website but something feels off? I review your existing site for UX problems you might not notice because you're too close to it.

Unclear navigation, confusing checkout flows, mobile issues, slow pages, buttons nobody clicks. You get a prioritised list of what to fix, why it matters, and how much impact each change will have. No jargon, no fluff, just things you can act on. Grounded in how real users actually move through your site, not just opinions. And if you want me to implement the fixes afterwards, that becomes its own small project.

Ongoing Care

Monthly plans keep your site secure, fast, and backed up. When something breaks I'm one message away. It's me who answers.

SSL renewals, plugin updates, security patches, weekly backups, uptime monitoring. I handle it quietly in the background so you never have to think about it. And when something does go wrong, you don't call a call centre. You message me directly. You get a short monthly report so you know things are actually being watched. Cover one site or a handful, same plan, no separate contracts per site.

About Me

The person you're
actually talking to.

I'm a developer and designer based in Tomar, Portugal. I work in Dutch and English (and am learning Portuguese, slowly is an understatement). I've been building things for the web professionally since 2011, and involved with computers long before that.

At around age 8, the family computer became my favourite obsession: MS-DOS commands, Windows 3.1. That's where it all started. Something about having this machine in front of me and not knowing what half of it did. I needed to understand every bit of it. That curiosity never went away.

As a teenager I built my first website: raw HTML, table-based layouts, thinking I was incredible. I kind of was. Since 2011 I've been doing this professionally: full-stack development, front-end, back-end, databases, hosting, APIs, you name it. More recently: Web3, AI integrations, Telegram bots, automation. If it runs on software, I'm interested.

But equally important: I've always been the person everyone calls when tech goes wrong. Friends, family, neighbours. The one who makes sense of error messages nobody else wants to read, and turns them into a solved problem. I genuinely enjoy it. Turning a frustrating tech situation into a solved one, especially when the fix takes five minutes and saves someone three days of stress.

The name KODE comes from my last name and what I do:

Why Me

Not an agency.
A real person who
picks up the phone.

I've watched too many people get burned by agencies that overpromised, disappeared, or sent invoices that made no sense. That's not how I work.

You talk directly to the person doing the work. I quote a fixed price before I start. I send updates every few days. And I'm still here after launch.

You talk directly to meNo account managers. No handoffs. I build it, I support it.
Fixed price, agreed upfrontI quote before I start and stick to it. No surprise invoices.
I don't disappear after launchStill here for questions, fixes, and new ideas. Available on WhatsApp.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
β€œ

I'd tried two agencies before. Both disappeared with half a website and a pile of excuses. This time I spoke to one person the whole way through, got updates every few days, and had a finished site in six weeks. Completely different experience.
